As with most holidays if we are in Vegas we usually spend it with my cousin Bryan and his cute family...
Saturday morning they invited us to ride in their police trucks to start off the Summerlin parade...
***While the kids rode on top of the truck Jaye was smart & rode inside with us
in the air conditioned truck waving her little flag out the window***
Since we were the very first escorts in the parade we had a chance to watch the whole parade afterwards...
***The baby was more interested in Bryan and the kids rather than the parade...***
After the parade we headed back to their house to BBQ and the kids jumped on the tramp with a sprinkler underneath however they didn't last long & came in shortly to play with Skyler - he loves kids...
On Sunday we met up again with the family along with my other 2 cousins Rob and his fam and Jeff was in town too...
I was in charge of bringing dessert so this is what I made...
***The pretzels were supposed to look like sparklers...
oh well they tasted good :)***
