A Neu Day: Whidbey Island...

This year for our family reunion with the husband's side we went to Whidbey Island north of Seattle Washington...

***We packed up the car and headed north -

this little guy was very good in the car thanks to the ipad strapped to the back of the seat!***

To get to the island we had to take a ferry...

We met up with the rest of the crew and officially started our vacation dining out and it didn't stop there - we enjoyed a variety of very delicious restaurants - thanks to Grandma & Grandpa...

Then we continued on to the house where we stayed...

We spent time at the beach...

And the tide pools...

We took the ferry back into Seattle...

And spent some quality time at the house...

***Is anything more adorable than seeing two grown men having a dance party with their kids... I think not!***

Skyler & his cousin Tia became very close...

Maybe a little too close - hmmm...

Okay so the real story is Tia and Skyler gave each other a sweet innocent kiss then of course we wanted to get a picture and the only way they would do it again was if Grandma bribed them with Jelly Beans - so here is Skyler signing that he is "All Done" with the kissing not the Jelly Beans - probably not the best parenting decision to get them to do kiss again but it sure was cute...
